About the role

  • Financial Systems Analyst supporting finance systems in a collaborative environment at an innovative firm in London. Focused on enhancements, user support, and system maintenance for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an administrator for Aderant Expert, eBilling Hub and BillFiler
  • Supporting in the management, maintenance and technical ownership of all practice management systems
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements
  • Provide support service responding to queries from fee earners, secretaries, HR, BD and finance staff
  • Assist with the evaluation of upgrades, patches and fixes
  • Assist with the delivery of Finance and IT projects
  • Keep finance systems up to date as well as running regular systems routines
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
  • Document processes, procedures and policies

Requirements

  • 5 years + experience working with accounting systems
  • Experience of working with SQL/SSRS is essential
  • Ability to source data in response to ad-hoc data requests
  • Prior experience using Aderant Expert would be desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail – a high level of accuracy is essential
  • Team player – flexible and willing to take on extra responsibilities
