Requirements
- You have completed training or have experience in information technology
- You have experience in software development
- You have had initial contact with ITSM tools (Matrix42, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- You have good knowledge of C#, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL, and PowerShell
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are familiar with terms such as Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and IIS
