Responsibilities

Requirements
Familiar with the institution’s EMR system — including its data structure, reporting modules, and workflow integration.
Proficient in assessing data requirements and translating user needs into technical specifications and analytical outputs.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret clinical data and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
Well-versed in using data visualization and reporting tools and familiar with SQL or other data query languages.
Skilled in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating collaboration across clinical, IT, and administrative functions.
Knowledgeable in project management methodologies and capable of leading analytics or system enhancement initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
