About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop creative lighting concepts for interior architecture and high-end architectural lighting
- Advise and present premium lighting solutions, tailored to individual client needs
- Manage projects from concept phase through final implementation — on budget and on schedule
- Work closely with sales, architects and partners to achieve outstanding results
Requirements
- Passion for lighting design, interior architecture and modern technology
- Degree in design or comparable qualification
- Solid experience in lighting planning, lighting concepts and project management (5 years)
- Very good knowledge of Archicad, Dialux and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong quality and detail orientation, combined with a hands-on mentality and team spirit
- Structured, self-directed working style
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience with AI tools and control systems (e.g. Casambi, DALI, KNX) is a plus
