About the role

  • Sales Operations & Project Manager focusing on sales projects and process optimization at Occhio, a premium design brand in Munich. Collaborating closely with various teams to enhance operations and drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement sales projects, including contract, bonus and pricing/terms management
  • Rollout and optimization of partner agreements for EGM, International Markets and OPL
  • Analyze, document and optimize sales processes and inside sales workflows
  • Prepare sales reports, KPI analyses and presentations for sales management
  • Data maintenance, CRM management and quality control (Microsoft D365 CRM)
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on new tools and processes
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Controlling and Operations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • Several years of experience in sales operations management, sales controlling or project management in sales
  • Confident use of CRM and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365
  • Analytical, structured working style and strong process understanding
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills
