• Senior Software Developer specializing in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for client digital transformation. Collaborating on innovative applications with Microsoft Power Platform and engaging in customer workshops.

Responsibilities

• You analyze our clients' complex business processes and impress them by developing customized and creative solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
• By analyzing specific requirements, you discover innovative ways to digitize customer processes and develop corresponding applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• You act as the technical contact for our clients and are responsible for the design, development, and quality assurance of D365 solutions.
• You demonstrate a confident and professional presence in client workshops and presentations.
• You support the sales team with your expertise in effort estimation and the feasibility of requirements and solutions.
• You are part of a balanced project team of technical experts and business stakeholders with whom you discuss and design state-of-the-art architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly the Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Experience with enterprise software architectures and the ability to contribute your expertise during the concept phase, including beyond the D365 ecosystem.
• Solid knowledge of extending modules using C# and JavaScript, and experience with plugins and workflows.
• Very good German language skills (C1 level) and enjoyment of working in German-speaking project teams.
