About the role

Citizen Developer & Consultant focusing on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Analyzing client requirements and delivering tailored digital transformation services using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

You analyze our clients' business processes and advise them on appropriate solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM.
You identify client needs and help them digitize their processes using the Microsoft Power Platform to create user-friendly and efficient applications.
You have strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 modules, including CRM, as well as the Microsoft Power Platform (low‑code platform).
You configure the previously agreed processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
You enjoy leading client workshops and presentations and can explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably.
You work closely with a team of technical and business experts.

You hold a university degree, e.g., in a business-related field, business informatics, or a similar discipline.
Your previous professional experience has given you solid knowledge of industry or client processes.
You already have hands-on experience working with low-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Initial experience with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
You can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas.
You have the ability to develop and implement solutions creatively.
You enjoy working in a team and are open and communicative with colleagues.
You have very good German language skills (C1) and enjoy working in German-speaking project teams.
