About the role
- Consumer Deposit Product Analyst developing strategies for Consumer Deposit Products. Supporting profitability and product lifecycle management in a member-focused financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Support Deposit Product manager with the end-to-end lifecycle of Consumer Deposit products
- Conduct market analysis, design, development, testing, pricing, fees, and ongoing enhancement
- Ensure product offerings are competitive, compliant, aligned with our strategy and member needs
- Monitor and report on product portfolio trends including P&L, Balances, Fee income, Productions, Attrition
- Provide corrective action recommendations when performance is not in line with expectations
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving third-party requirements
- Partner with Risk, Retail, Legal, Compliance & Deposit Operations to ensure processes, procedures, policies, and systems are functioning as designed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) required or a minimum of five years directly related experience
- Minimum of three years of product management, product development or product marketing experience required
- Intermediate Banking knowledge of Deposit Products and services
- Strong reporting, decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, member oriented and able to proactively work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
