Responsibilities
Own and implement end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, including product line strategy, multi‑year roadmaps, and technology plans for engineered, hardware‑based product portfolios with global market responsibility
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Development Process (PDP) initiatives by developing strong, data‑backed product recommendations
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and timely delivery performance
Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC), market, and competitive research efforts to inform product planning, portfolio optimization, and identification of new product and service opportunities
Develop and communicate compelling, quantified value propositions and pricing rationale that clearly differentiate products for customers, channel partners, and sales teams
Partner with regional and global marketing teams to support go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and creation of sales enablement and marketing collateral
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for assigned product lines, supporting internal teams, customers, and channel partners while driving continuous improvement within the product management function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in technical or hardware product management, product innovation, or new product development within engineered products, manufacturing, or industrial technology environments
Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical systems knowledge gained through hands‑on experience, manufacturing exposure, or close collaboration with engineering teams
Consistent track record leading complex, cross‑functional, matrixed teams and owning initiatives from concept through commercialization
Strong business and project leadership skills
Experience collaborating with commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, distributors, contractors, and/or manufacturer’s representatives; data center, power, cooling, or infrastructure experience is helpful
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% annually, including domestic overnight travel and occasional international travel.
