Responsibilities
- Contribute to the accurate and timely reporting of financial results
- Deliver insightful reporting and analysis for management decision making
- Month-end & year-end close, P&L analysis and preparation of reporting schedules
- Results analysis and commentary to identify key drivers of business performance
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting for distribution to management
- Support specific areas of the business with reporting and analysis
- Assist with compliance requirements and audits
- Support in project work such as business case development
- Ad hoc work as directed by management
Requirements
- Previous management or financial accounting experience
- Degree in a business-oriented discipline
- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP tool
- Experience in the Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Time management skills.
