Responsibilities

Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
Manage product lifecycle phases, including introductions, growth, maturity, and end-of-life planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role, with a focus on hardware or cooling solutions.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the cement industry.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
