Responsibilities

  • Manage operational support, maintenance and development activities for Enterprise Document Solution applications
  • Define and oversee training plans for technical staff development
  • Provide oversight of design, development, unit testing and installation activities for applications
  • Identify, manage and enforce functional policies, procedures and quality assurance best practices
  • Complete Responsible Technology Manager (RTM) activities
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management activities
  • Work with application vendors and business partners to outline support model
  • Coach team on agile practices and continual improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
  • 7+ years related experience working with mainframe and/or distributed systems, or relevant technical environment
  • 3+ years of working as team lead, development lead, app manager, team manager, or relevant experience (i.e. SCRUM Master, etc)
