Responsibilities
Create executive presentations for meetings with leadership and other stakeholders;
Prepare portfolio monitoring reports, including financial and operational reports (initially manually);
Update existing dashboards and design new visualizations according to team needs;
Collect, organize and clean data from various corporate systems;
Support continuous improvement of portfolio governance processes;
Gradually automate reports and manual tasks using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate or equivalent tools;
Ensure consistency, quality and up-to-date portfolio documentation;
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on analytical support activities as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Industrial, etc.), Data Science/Statistics, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Project Management or related fields;
Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint) and management reports;
Experience with data analysis, KPIs and preparing executive materials;
Familiarity with dashboards (Power BI or similar tools);
Experience manipulating data in Excel (tables, formulas, Power Query, etc.);
Reading and writing in English required to prepare presentations and reports;
Basic knowledge of financial reporting is desirable;
Experience with process automation using Power Automate or similar tools is desirable;
Previous experience in PMO, governance, planning or analytical roles is desirable.
