About the role
- Analyst creating executive presentations and financial reports for portfolio management in a tech company. Collaborating with teams to automate reports and improve governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Create executive presentations for meetings with leadership and other stakeholders;
- Prepare portfolio monitoring reports, including financial and operational reports (initially manually);
- Update existing dashboards and design new visualizations according to team needs;
- Collect, organize and clean data from various corporate systems;
- Support continuous improvement of portfolio governance processes;
- Gradually automate reports and manual tasks using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate or equivalent tools;
- Ensure consistency, quality and up-to-date portfolio documentation;
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on analytical support activities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Industrial, etc.), Data Science/Statistics, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Project Management or related fields;
- Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint) and management reports;
- Experience with data analysis, KPIs and preparing executive materials;
- Familiarity with dashboards (Power BI or similar tools);
- Experience manipulating data in Excel (tables, formulas, Power Query, etc.);
- Reading and writing in English required to prepare presentations and reports;
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting is desirable;
- Experience with process automation using Power Automate or similar tools is desirable;
- Previous experience in PMO, governance, planning or analytical roles is desirable.
