About the role

  • Junior HR Analyst focusing on point management and employee benefits at a growing tech company. Collaborating to ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, record, and correct electronic time clock entries
  • Maintain the timekeeping system (Sólides/Tangerino platforms)
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies (absences, lateness, leave approvals, and time-bank adjustments)
  • Support managers and employees with questions about the timekeeping system and company policies
  • Add, remove, and manage benefits such as transit allowance, meal allowance, health and dental plans, life insurance, and various partnerships (using Flash, Otimo, Transfácil platforms)
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve operational issues
  • Track processing deadlines and ensure employee records are up to date
  • Assist in communicating and guiding employees about the benefits offered
  • Provide general support to the HR/Payroll department
  • Conduct onboarding processes and support offboarding processes
  • Assist with employee inquiries
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental files and documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Microsoft Office (particularly Excel — basic to intermediate)
  • English or Spanish is a plus
