About the role
- Business Partner to VP of AI Reinvent & Engineering driving strategic AI initiatives at Novo Nordisk. Collaborating across the organization to support AI-driven solutions that enable better decisions and faster innovation.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the VP and providing clear analyses and recommendations
- Driving the development and execution of strategic projects and objectives
- Preparing presentations, agendas and materials for leadership and executive meetings
- Overseeing project follow‑up and maintaining a good overview of ongoing activities and reporting
- Coordinating ad hoc tasks such as planning off‑sites and leadership workshops
- Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation and helping keep everyone aligned
- Supporting strategy execution and ensuring plans translate into concrete actions.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience from strategy, consulting or a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create clarity
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges and prepare accordingly
- Good decision‑making skills and the ability to move work forward
- Strong communication abilities, both in writing and in person
- A high level of independence, integrity and personal drive
- Experience with Data, Analytics or AI is an advantage but not a requirement
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
