About the role
- Senior Tax Analyst in Cybersecurity at Novared ensuring compliance and managing financial documentation. Engaging in technical financial analysis and providing due diligence for audits.
Responsibilities
- Generate and issue electronic invoices (NF-e and NFS-e) for sales, shipments and returns, verifying sales orders to ensure the correct application of tax rates, CFOPs and service codes;
- Issue and send direct purchase orders to suppliers, managing the fiscal receipt of invoices in the ERP and ensuring tax compliance;
- Manage the billing cycle from the sales order through final issuance;
- Support the monthly tax close, reconciling billing information with accounting and assisting the finance team with data for tax calculation;
- Analyze and verify the calculation of federal, state and municipal taxes, such as PIS, COFINS, IRRF, CSRF, ISS;
- Control and request the issuance of DARFs for import taxes;
- Perform control and correct allocation in the Deferred Revenue system;
- Organize and manage fiscal document files (XML and PDFs), ensuring traceability and secure storage of information;
- Prepare documentation and assist with internal and external audits;
- Stay up to date on changes in tax and labor legislation, advising internal teams on new rules and best practices;
Requirements
- More than 5 years in the role or in related activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Preferred: postgraduate degree, MBA or certifications in the Tax/Fiscal area.
- Advanced knowledge of tax/fiscal matters, with experience in billing routines;
- Knowledge of tax legislation;
- Experience with ERP systems;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
