Responsibilities
- Lead programs in hybrid SATCOM business area and related initiatives
- Responsible for life-cycle support of communications systems from conceptual development through product phase-out
- Serve as the technical point of contact for all internal and external customers
- Involve oversight of architecture development, customer briefings, proposal writing, customer requirements management
- Manage technical documentation, project management, build and test oversight, integration, verification and qualification oversight, and system deployment oversight
Requirements
- An ABET (EAC/CAC) accredited Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or other Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or Graduate degree with a minimum of 10 years prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- SECRET Clearance is required, with ability to get Top Secret Preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) and formal presentation skills
- Solid understanding of wireless communication theory, with a working knowledge of digital design, RF design, mechanical design, network design, or software design of digital line-of-sight and satellite communication systems
- Experience with software programmable architectures is strongly desired
