Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating with suppliers, reviewing designs, and integrating with other NG integrated product teams to ensure adherence to, and implementation of requirements
- Actively participate in design reviews, research, plan, design and develop mechanical products and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field and with 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 0 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field with 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or PhD with 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years at the time of application
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)
- Experience performing CAD modeling with design tools such as Siemens NX or similar
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of tools - Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience performing mechanical design efforts on MILCON, major infrastructure/building projects, or Aerospace and Defense programs
- Ability to understand and interpret requirements
