About the role

  • International Training and Support Program Manager at Northrop Grumman overseeing program management and execution in the Air Dominance Division. Responsible for managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L and manage all phases of programs from inception through completion
  • Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs
  • Coordinates proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract
  • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities
  • Lead program review sessions with customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, OR a master’s degree and 8 years of related experience
  • Related experience includes professional and/or military experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management
  • Prior management experience with programs valued at or greater than $25M
  • Prior experience with complex Fleet modernization, training, and/or field support services
  • Prior management experience managing suppliers and / or major subcontractors on sustainment programs
  • Prior leadership experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with international customers
