About the role
- International Training and Support Program Manager at Northrop Grumman overseeing program management and execution in the Air Dominance Division. Responsible for managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own P&L and manage all phases of programs from inception through completion
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs
- Coordinates proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, OR a master’s degree and 8 years of related experience
- Related experience includes professional and/or military experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management
- Prior management experience with programs valued at or greater than $25M
- Prior experience with complex Fleet modernization, training, and/or field support services
- Prior management experience managing suppliers and / or major subcontractors on sustainment programs
- Prior leadership experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with international customers
