Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve a Council-wide project management system, ensuring consistent and effective project delivery practices.
  • Establish and embed a governance, assurance and reporting framework, enabling strong oversight and realisation of project and program benefits.
  • Ensure project and program compliance with legislation, policies and best practice, reducing risk and maintaining organisational integrity.
