Responsibilities
Administrative & accounting support: verification and entry of supplier invoices; assisting with tracking invoices and accounting documents
Payroll & employee administration support: assisting with the verification and entry of variable payroll elements (e.g., IJSS - statutory daily sickness benefits); helping manage employee administrative files
HR & development support: entering and tracking training in the training plan; contributing to the production of HR statistics
Requirements
Currently studying in HR, management, administration, or accounting (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+4)
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable with office software (Excel in particular)
Discretion when handling sensitive data
Eagerness to learn and explore a variety of topics
Prior experience (internship/apprenticeship) is a plus but not required
Benefits
No salary if the internship lasts less than 2 months
Compensation of €4.50 per hour if the internship lasts more than 2 months
