About the role

  • Support Assistant RH involved in diverse administrative and payroll tasks in a hybrid role. Working within HR, accounting, and payroll support teams with a focus on learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative & accounting support: verification and entry of supplier invoices; assisting with tracking invoices and accounting documents
  • Payroll & employee administration support: assisting with the verification and entry of variable payroll elements (e.g., IJSS - statutory daily sickness benefits); helping manage employee administrative files
  • HR & development support: entering and tracking training in the training plan; contributing to the production of HR statistics

Requirements

  • Currently studying in HR, management, administration, or accounting (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+4)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable with office software (Excel in particular)
  • Discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Eagerness to learn and explore a variety of topics
  • Prior experience (internship/apprenticeship) is a plus but not required

Benefits

  • No salary if the internship lasts less than 2 months
  • Compensation of €4.50 per hour if the internship lasts more than 2 months
