About the role

  • Student worker supporting Global Mobility Administration processes for international employee deployments. Collaborating with specialists to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update travel calendars for around 40 employees located abroad.
  • Extract data and create various Excel overviews.
  • Track invoices from our tax service provider and verify correct PO information.
  • Request corrections for incorrect invoice data.
  • Support Global Mobility Specialists with administrative coordination tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the PC HUB to implement minor process improvements.
  • Assist with handling inquiries to tax and social security authorities.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable degree program.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and confident handling of data.
  • Structured and reliable working style.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills.
