Responsibilities

  • Join the dedicated Student Support and Wellbeing Team at International College Spain
  • Promote the social, emotional, and academic wellbeing of adolescents within an international school environment
  • Provide high-quality, ethical, and developmentally appropriate support for students
  • Ensure a reflective, student-centred approach

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in Adolescent Counselling, Psychology, or related field
  • Relevant professional accreditation (such as BACP or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working with adolescents in an educational setting
  • Strong collaborative skills for working closely with teachers, pastoral leaders, and families
