Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience
- Deep expertise in Kotlin, modern Android architecture, and the Android platform internals
- Proven records of driving architecture decisions and raising quality across a team
- Proven ability to identify systemic issues and drive pragmatic solutions
- Ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and mobile-specific observability
