About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead design activities for Saily with hands-on ownership of the mobile apps
- Provide mentoring and guidance for the web platform
- Uncover user experience issues and validate solutions by conducting user interviews
- Cooperate with CEO, Product Owners, Engineers, and Copywriters
- Elevate the team across all product life-cycle stages with insights and mapping flows
- Design clear and intuitive prototypes from complex ideas
- Iterate on design solutions based on user testing and business considerations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with user interface design & interaction design
- At least 2 years of experience working with mobile app design
- Excellent knowledge of user-centred design best practices
- Proven ability to apply design systems
- Ability to create lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong problem-solving and data-backed decision-making skills
- Strong ownership mindset and analytical thinking
- Evidence of experience in shipping product design solutions
