About the role
- Senior Project Manager leading the establishment of New Co from scratch in São Paulo. Oversee all facets of project execution, ensuring strategic alignment and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and lead the complete project to create the New Co from scratch through initial operations.
- Manage the company’s end-to-end roadmap: corporate structure and governance.
- Shareholders’ agreements.
- Legal, accounting, and finance.
- Branding (company name, positioning, visual identity, brand).
- Selection and management of vendors (branding agency, legal, accounting, technology, etc.).
- Technology projects, processes, and initial operations.
- Act as the central orchestration point between shareholders, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure deadlines, budget, quality, and strategic alignment across all areas.
- Structure and monitor schedules, action plans, risks, and dependencies.
- Support shareholders in decision-making by organizing information, scenarios, and impacts.
- Ensure the formalization and execution of contracts and deliverables.
- Create and maintain clear project governance (rituals, status reports, executive checkpoints).
- Oversee the company’s go-live and the start of operations, ensuring an organized transition to the permanent team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or PMO.
- Experience in strategic projects with high complexity and visibility.
- Experience with project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile).
- Excellent planning, execution, and communication skills.
- Availability to work very closely with the shareholders.
