Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream with over 2 plus years of experience in the telecom broadband access domain, particularly in Fiber Transport and Layer 2 protocols.
Proficiency in languages like C/C++, Java, Go, and JavaScript, enabling effective software development and testing.
Experience with Optical Line Terminals (OLT) and fiber access technologies such as GPON and XGPON, including platform software and device drivers.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and perform software development lifecycle tasks efficiently.
Experience in leading and guiding software development teams or mentoring junior engineers to success.
