About the role

• Hardware Engineer contributing to the design and development of electronic hardware solutions. Innovating reliable products for applications like transmitters and power supplies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the **design, development, and optimization** of electronic hardware components and systems.
• Define and review **technical specifications** for new products and ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and quality standards.
• Conduct **feasibility studies**, simulations, and design validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and system engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support **testing, verification, and troubleshooting** of hardware designs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to **continuous improvement** of design processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain **technical documentation** for designs and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**, **Electronics**, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of **electronic circuit design**, including analog and digital systems.
• Familiarity with **hardware development tools** (e.g., schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation software).
• Basic knowledge of **testing and validation methods** for electronic hardware.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Experience with **power electronics**, RF design, or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of **industry standards** and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with **simulation tools** and **hardware debugging**.
