About the role
- Senior DevOps & Cloud Developer automating complex systems for a leading software company in Germany. Focus on building scalable CI/CD pipelines and modern SaaS platforms in a remote-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Take a key role in building, operating and evolving a modern SaaS platform
- Be responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of the cloud platform
- Develop scalable, highly automated CI/CD pipelines and actively drive their optimization
- Analyze existing processes and infrastructures, identify weaknesses and develop sustainable solutions
- Support teams as a technical coach for modern DevOps practices and contribute to architectural decisions
- Shape the DevOps culture technically, strategically and organizationally in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in backend environments with a focus on automation and cloud
- Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework as well as experience migrating monolithic applications to the cloud
- Confident working knowledge of AWS services and a solid understanding of cloud architectures
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC, e.g. Terraform) and scripting with Python or PowerShell
- Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab
- Strong communication skills in German and English, self-responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team in an international environment
