Responsibilities
Review marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, and client communications to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines.
Coordinate with Marketing to provide timely feedback on marketing campaigns.
Assist in tracking key client transactions and servicing agreements.
Coordinate the execution and delivery of legal documents, as well as the collection of signature pages from clients and the delivery of such to all parties.
Perform ad hoc legal research as required on federal and state laws/regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from an accredited college or university and/or certification as a paralegal preferred
1+ years’ paralegal experience with financial services or mortgages servicing
Familiarity with federal and state advertising and marketing law applicable to financial services
