About the role

  • Field Service Engineer providing on-site support in northeast US for NKA patient monitoring systems. Responsible for maintaining relationships and resolving technical issues with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support in the northeast region
  • Maintain customer relationships to achieve goals
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points
  • Act as a customer advocate and liaison
  • Provide on-site and remote support for patient monitoring and ventilator infrastructures
  • Troubleshoot and provide IT support
  • Manage patient monitoring servers and devices
  • Perform software updates on NKA devices
  • Track and resolve service tickets

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, biomedical engineering or related technical field; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ certification preferred
  • 4+ years of proven software and hardware experience
  • Extensive understanding of hospital IT functions, infrastructure and medical system integration
  • Experience working with electronic medical record systems preferred
