About the role

  • Field Service Technician overseeing hardware implementation, technical support, and system maintenance for clients in time tracking and access control sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware components
  • Fault analysis, troubleshooting, and performing repairs
  • Maintenance of customer systems in time tracking and access control
  • Assisting customers during commissioning
  • Supporting our support team
  • Maintaining and updating existing documentation

Requirements

  • Open to career changers, installers, or electricians — the most important thing is that you have strong hands-on skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for installation assignments (2–3 days)
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Good German language skills
