About the role

  • Sr. Analyst supporting enterprise clients in the US region for Nium, the leader in real-time global payments. Focusing on delivering client experiences and resolving queries during US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and providing continuous support to meet client objectives.
  • Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry developments. Gather feedback to improve services.
  • Track client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, Tech) to address client needs and manage escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in B2B/Enterprise payments.
  • Familiarity with payment processing technologies and Global domestic payment systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to work in US shifts (7 PM – 7 AM IST).
