Responsibilities
Be the bridge between our customers and innovative solutions
Manage multiple conflicting priorities related to coordination of equipment deliveries, supply chain risk management, and general customer service
Pre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply
Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional carrier
Project Governance- monitor and track all open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones
Proactively escalate upon all risks identified via supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and Sales
Delivery Execution- ensure all scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs
Confirm all shipments to key project stakeholders
Customer Service- support all customer inquiries related to each assigned project
Interface with Secure Power network of support organizations to close the loop upon customer needs
Close all projects to general customer satisfaction
Requirements
BA degree in Business, Technical degree or related field
Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
Excellence in customer service with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of contact center systems and customer service tools
Proven track record of contributing to team success and continuous improvement initiatives
