About the role

  • Vice President Broking leading revenue growth and strategy in commercial lines for NFP. Focused on client retention and developing innovative property and casualty solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development and marketing for a book of NFP clients in the Atlantic region
  • Collaborate with account service team and client to gain strategy alignment
  • Execute national and regional broking strategies for optimal client outcomes
  • Engage with producers to identify market opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategy for at-risk accounts
  • Drive placement strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure complete and timely submissions
  • Support team members in responding to client queries
  • Drive and support prospect sales efforts and expand existing client relationships

Requirements

  • P&C Insurance License required
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial P&C broking
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams
  • Ability to mentor and develop talent
  • Deep carrier relationships and market knowledge across the Atlantic region
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus
  • Proven technical competency and creativity in property and casualty solutions
