About the role

- Set up CI/CD & Developer Experience (tests, feature flags, monitoring, incident processes).
- Build and lead the team (hiring, mentoring, standards).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack / platform engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ownership for architecture, delivery & operations in SaaS environments.
- Deep integration expertise (APIs, authentication, webhooks, backoff/retry strategies, idempotency).
- Product mindset: link technical decisions to business KPIs.
- Hands-on leadership: actively build, prioritize, and coach.
