- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Proven track record of leading Agile software engineering initiatives across all phases
- Experience in large-scale system design and deployments on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with leveraging cloud services for Kubernetes deployments
- Ability to translate in-depth system engineering analysis into actionable software development concepts
