Requirements
- Senior developer background with exceptional technical skills in backend development.
- Architecture-level expertise in storage systems, observability, and scalability.
- Experience with Go language strongly preferred (other backend languages considered).
- Experience scaling systems and implementing robust security practices.
- Strong technical leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering sophisticated technical solutions.
