About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with talented developers in a culture of transparency and autonomy (pair programming and mob programming).
  • Work closely with your team, designers and the Product Owner to build products that genuinely meet business and user needs.
  • Contribute to a strong internal community where knowledge sharing and mutual support are part of everyday work.
  • Design and develop robust, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
  • Apply software quality best practices rigorously to deliver continuous value.
  • Work with modern technologies such as Kotlin, AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, React and TypeScript to build high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Use artificial intelligence as a lever to improve development processes, code quality, testing, system understanding and overall productivity.
  • Design, integrate and deploy production systems that use AI in practical ways (e.g., intelligent assistants, automations, AI-augmented features).

Requirements

  • Be curious and motivated to continuously experiment with new ways of working.
  • Be comfortable with at least one object-oriented language (Java, Kotlin, C#, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of key software quality concepts (OO, SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture, TDD, Tell Don’t Ask, etc.).
  • Understand and be able to explain the value of automated tests.
  • Be comfortable with at least one cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
  • Have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and be able to use it concretely in your work to improve processes, delivered value and long-term productivity.
