Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex, high-visibility projects from concept through commercialization
- Develop and communicate compelling product visions through sketching, rendering, prototyping, and storytelling

- Collaborate deeply with Marketing, Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing to balance design intent with feasibility, cost, and timelines.

- Create and present persuasive design narratives to influence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide guidance to Associate and Staff designers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design
- 5 years+ of relevant experience in corporate or consulting Industrial Design
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in team environments
- Advanced Aesthetic Sensibilities mastery in product form, detailing, and CMF
- Leads with Consumer Empathy through designs informed by articulated and unarticulated insights
- Proficient with ChatGPT, MS CoPilot or equivalents
- Advanced Design Feasibility knowledge
- Advanced 2D design skills with strong sketching and Gen AI exploration
- Advanced composition skills.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, Vizcom or equivalents
- Highly developed 3D design skills including advanced CAD modeling, surfacing, rendering, NURBS/Sub-D, and AR/VR engagement
- Proficient with SolidWORKS, Rhino, Keyshot, Kaedim, Aero, UE or equivalents
- Proficient in Motion Design producing high-quality animations and video content
