• Process Design Consultant supporting Client Servicing change initiatives at Bank of America. Collaborating with teams and managing operational programs to enhance business functions and services.

Responsibilities

• Partners closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives
• Supports the execution of defined tasks through tracking program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
• Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks and produces program reports for managers and stakeholders
• Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business
• Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution
• Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and decisions on services, build positive relationships, asks questions, and uses tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations
• Supporting CS Operations initiatives where strategic partnership and disciplined execution are required
• Advancing RPO internal process evolution, ensuring we continue to mature how we engage, intake and deliver
• Leading Adhoc or hot-topic deep dives that require focused analysis, structure and clear recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience delivering operational programs or project management
• 2+ years of demonstrated ability to encourage collaboration, connection and teamwork within and beyond his/her team
• Experience and ability to communicate, influence and drive change across all levels of the organization, leveraging advanced written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to Influence partners via data-driven business cases backed by subject matter expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management (samples/examples may be required)
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities and deliver against objectives
• Proficiency in basic data analytics, including generating reports, building pivot tables, performing VLOOKUPs, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
