Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RPA projects using Python, VBA, Power Automate, Knime and other technologies
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for implemented projects
- Analyze automation opportunities identified in the operation, assessing feasibility and selecting the most appropriate technology for implementation
- Serve as the point of contact with the global IT team, requesting new VDIs (virtual machines) for running automations
- Manage the project pipeline for the O2C team, monitoring deadlines and development status
- Ensure visibility of project progress to leadership, facilitating communication and follow-up
- Lead operational meetings and coordinate team demands
- Participate in the analysis and implementation of new operational opportunities
- Ensure that training and support materials are up to date and available to the team
- Work closely with management to ensure project execution and alignment with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field — required
- Proven experience developing and maintaining RPA projects
- Proficiency in Python and other automation-relevant languages — required
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Power Automate and Knime
- Ability to evaluate operational processes and determine automation feasibility
- Experience liaising with IT teams, particularly managing resources such as VDIs
- Ability to monitor and manage the O2C project pipeline, ensuring on-time deliveries
- Knowledge of system integrations (SAP, ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Experience with program management, process design and documentation
- Intermediate English and/or intermediate Spanish — desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Knowledge of NCE/PI (desirable)
