About the role

  • Procurement Finance Coordinator supporting supply chain initiatives at Nestlé. Responsible for procurement requests, issue resolution, and training in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • act as the first level of support for any procurement requests within scope: SAP, EasyBuy, PR/PO creation, PO closure, Procurement approvals, technical questions
  • facilitate continuous improvement to drive value to the business: ensuring root cause analysis of mistakes identified, driving processes standardization and simplification, support automation
  • prepare and conduct trainings/learning materials for Operational Buyers/Requestors on markets regarding operational topics, new tools, global initiatives etc.
  • handle escalated issues and complaints from the Market and provide analysis/resolution

Requirements

  • an experienced professional in analytics
  • solid expertise in procurement at least 1 year
  • skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
  • a professional with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment
  • a professional with customer-first mindset
  • attentive to details
  • confident in English and Polish on at least Upper-intermediate level
