Responsibilities
- Design, develop and continuously improve modern software solutions
- Participate in exciting client projects — from requirements analysis and architectural decisions to production-ready implementation
- Build scalable, maintainable and high-performance applications based on modern technologies and cloud platforms
- Identify and implement AI-driven features or use cases where they are technically sensible and economically viable
- Integrate machine learning models, LLMs or data-driven services into existing or new systems — depending on the project context
- Provide technical consulting to our clients on architecture and technology decisions
- Ensure code quality through Clean Code practices, testing, code reviews and engineering best practices
- Actively help shape new technology areas — particularly in the growing field of Artificial Intelligence
Requirements
- Several years of experience in modern software development, ideally in a full‑stack environment
- Solid practical experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML)
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI and data-driven systems, including cloud development with AWS and/or Azure
- Independent and responsible working style with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to develop pragmatic solutions for complex requirements and to think beyond immediate constraints
- Proficient in Clean Code principles, SOLID and designing clean software architectures
- Highly motivated and passionate about software development
- Self‑directed, structured approach to work and enthusiasm for actively driving new technologies forward
