About the role

• Senior Software Engineer developing modern software solutions for business applications. Collaborating on customer projects and implementing scalable cloud applications in AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and further enhance modern software solutions
• Participate in exciting client projects — from requirements analysis and architectural decisions to production deployment
• Develop scalable, maintainable and high-performance applications based on modern technologies and cloud platforms
• Identify and implement AI-supported features or use cases where they are technically appropriate and economically viable
• Integrate machine learning models, LLMs or data-driven services into existing or new systems — depending on the project context
• Advise clients on architecture and technology decisions
• Ensure code quality through clean code practices, testing, reviews and best practices
• Actively shape new technological areas — especially in the growing field of artificial intelligence

Requirements

• Several years of experience in modern software development, preferably in a full‑stack environment
• Solid hands-on experience in artificial intelligence (AI/ML)
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI and data-driven systems, including cloud development with AWS and/or Azure
• Independent and responsible working style with strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to develop pragmatic solutions for complex requirements and to think beyond the obvious
• Confident application of clean code practices, SOLID principles and the design of clean software architectures
• High motivation and a passion for software development
• Self-directed, structured work approach and enthusiasm for actively driving new technologies forward
• Nice to have: Experience in one or more of the following areas: frameworks such as Angular, .NET, NestJS; programming languages C#, TypeScript, Python; infrastructure & cloud Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and/or CDK
