About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) process for a portfolio of U.S. product offerings
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Serve as a trusted business partner, driving transparency, profitability, and sound financial outcomes
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support growth and transformation initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to support commercial strategies and key business initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance updates to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements while continuously improving processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or related roles (tech or services industry preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level confidence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Prior leadership or managerial experience is a plus
