About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor startups and manage KPIs during the program, ensuring that deliverables are completed according to the schedule and plan agreed with the client.
- Provide support to startups in coordination with the client to facilitate and formalize communications.
- Guide startups regarding their deliverables.
- Prepare milestone reports for the project.
- Record all activities performed, such as interviews, events, meetings, and other interactions.
- Execute activities according to the project's schedule and methodology (identifying challenges, prioritizing challenges, issuing calls for proposals, promotion, startup hunting/recruitment, monitoring applications, assessing startup eligibility, conducting startup interviews, immersion sessions, contracting, following up on POCs, generating reports, organizing events, final deliverables, and Demo Day).
- Map and develop programs to scale startup solutions.
- Support the development of business plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 (four) years of proven experience supporting research, technological development, or innovation activities related to the project's scope, or possession of a master’s degree in a field compatible with the project activities.
- Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience leading open innovation programs or facilitating group work aimed at generating and developing ideas.
- Experience with startups and pre-acceleration or acceleration programs.
- Experience in roadmapping and business modeling.
- Time and task management skills.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking.
- Ability to facilitate collaborative group activities.
