About the role

• (Senior) SAP Consultant Logistik (EWM) optimizing logistics processes for clients in a hybrid environment. Collaborating on projects to improve supply chain efficiency and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• You redesign warehouse logistics processes: from analysis and concept through to implementation — you contribute your know-how to sustainably digitize and improve our clients' business processes.
• You take responsibility: with your experience you independently lead subprojects and actively drive the further expansion of our SAP EWM area.
• You work closely with clients: in workshops you engage proactively, co-create solutions with the client and implement them step by step.
• You think beyond individual projects: you also help shape things internally — whether in innovation projects, cultural initiatives or the further development of neoimpulse.
• Logistics is your thing: you are passionate about smart warehouse processes, love optimization, and a well-automated warehouse makes your eyes light up? Then you’re exactly right with us.

Requirements

• A successfully completed degree — e.g., in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of practical experience in SAP consulting — ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management and warehouse logistics using SAP EWM
• Solid knowledge in implementing and customizing warehouse processes as well as in integration with SAP ERP and SAP TM
• Strong analytical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
• Initiative, flexibility and the motivation to take on responsibility — combined with a healthy dose of team spirit
• Very good communication skills — in German as well as in English — combined with a confident manner with clients and in the team.
