About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, qualify and monitor suppliers of raw materials and packaging components, with a focus on continuous improvement and securing the supply chain.
- Lead supplier audits: preparation, execution (or co‑execution) and follow-up of associated action plans.
- Analyze supplier non-conformities: investigate, identify root causes, define and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure conformity of delivered components and support project teams (Packaging, R&D, Purchasing, Supply) during launches, securing the quality of new components.
- Track and manage supplier KPIs: OTD (on-time delivery), quality, complaint rates, overall performance.
- Contribute to development projects by providing quality expertise on new components and anticipating supplier-related risks.
- Update, harmonize and improve quality documentation: specifications, standards, protocols and control procedures.
- Provide regular, clear and concise reporting to the supplier quality manager or quality director.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level) in Quality, Materials, Industrial Engineering, Packaging or Chemistry.
- Proven experience in supplier quality or operational quality, ideally in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical or FMCG industries.
- Excellent knowledge of component manufacturing processes: plastic molding, blow molding, injection molding, glass, aluminum, printing, etc.
- Proficient with quality tools: FMEA (AMDEC), 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, SPC, supplier audits.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to align and engage suppliers and internal teams, even in a part-time capacity.
- Highly rigorous, autonomous, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel on a limited schedule (2 days/week).
- Operational technical English.
