About the role

  • Maintenance Engineer ensuring reliability and performance of production equipment for pharmaceutical projects at NEO2. Collaborating with technical teams and improving systems following HSE standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability, availability and performance of production equipment (utilities, HVAC, process equipment, packaging lines, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance in accordance with quality requirements (GMP) and HSE standards.
  • Participate in technical fault diagnosis and propose sustainable corrective action plans.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of installations: failure analyses (FMEA, RCA), optimization plans, and increasing OEE.
  • Write technical documents: maintenance procedures, intervention reports, criticality analyses, work instructions, and specifications for contractors.
  • Monitor and coordinate interventions by external service providers (HVAC, utilities, automation, mechanical, etc.).
  • Participate in the technical phases of utility or equipment projects: FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification and validation.
  • Collaborate with production, quality and HSE teams.
  • Conduct technology watch and propose innovative solutions to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering in industrial maintenance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC, utilities, or equivalent.
  • A first professional experience (or significant apprenticeship/internship) in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological, chemical or cosmetic environment is a real asset.
  • Proficiency in French and a good level of technical English required.
  • You are rigorous, proactive, autonomous and enjoy working as part of a team.
